Breaking into an advertising career will require a lot of hard work, but if you love it then it will never really feel like work. My career path led me more down design and marketing than straight advertising, so I have not worked in an ad agency setting yet, so instead I have gathered the advice of pros who have done it themselves and are on the hiring end to give you the best advice possible.
This collection of links and books are ones I have researched to bring you advice that can truly help you in that goal. These are not just re-posted articles from some free content site (I hope) and if they are let me know and I will pull them. And if you know of any other good websites or resources out there let me know and I will add them.
